Nouri (Techtter Solutions B.V.) processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Data we process
Account data (email, profile), food logs, weight, health goals, and optional AI meal photos. Health data is special category data (GDPR Art. 9); processing is based on explicit consent and/or contract performance.
Purpose and retention
We use data to provide nutrition tracking. Logs are kept until you delete your account or export data. AI photos are deleted after 90 days by default. Analytics (if enabled): up to 26 months.
Storage and subprocessors
Data is stored in the EU (Supabase EU region). AI analysis via Mistral, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Kimi (Moonshot) under DPAs. Payments via Stripe. Web and API hosting via Railway. See /en/subprocessors.
Your rights
You may export data (JSON/CSV), update consents, and delete your account in Settings. Questions or complaints: contact our Data Protection Officer.
No sale of data
We do not sell personal data and do not use health data for cross-app advertising profiles.
