These terms govern your use of the Nouri app and website operated by Techtter Solutions B.V. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
Service
Nouri provides nutrition logging and nutrient estimates. The app is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a physician or dietitian.
Account
You are responsible for your credentials. You must be at least 16 or have parental consent where required by law.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe or Mollie. Cancellation follows app store or payment provider rules. No refunds for elapsed periods unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Abuse (scraping, reverse engineering, illegal uploads) is prohibited. We may terminate accounts for violations.
Liability
Nouri is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to competent courts in the Netherlands.
